As a professional coach, offering support and mentoring for many years, my mission is to serve individuals who are experiencing deep change.

I am an artist, coach, educator and scientist having spent the last thirty years in medical laboratories, supporting adult education and helping people achieve their dreams.
As a woman with many interests, I am fascinated by the deep connections that exist between science, art and alchemy. This is what drew me to depth coaching and is the true heart of my work.
I am honored to hold space for my coaching clients, and offer what I discovered were powerful tools of transformation and change. Embarking on my own journey as I was anticipating shifting my work in the world, allowed me understand the power of process and cross the threshold to choose this path as my own.
As a traveler, I love the potential of being in a journey, and this is most often what will call to you. The desire to heal deeper, experience connection and create positive change as you move though your life, is always available.
It has been extraordinary to be able to blend my life experience, interests and delight in connecting with individuals to now serve as a depth coach.
I live in Wisconsin, with my husband, in a wonderful old home filled to the brim with memories of travels I have enjoyed. My studio is adjacent to the garden, where wild growth welcomes me in every season. I have two adult sons, two "daughters in love" and assorted fur-babies round out the family.

As a coach, I offer deep listening, creative pathways and powerful conversations that inspire inner awareness and growth. This style of coaching is unique, allowing for clarity and healing to restore wholeness, while building inner strength and resources that inspire confidence and transformation.
There are times that grief, loss, changes and unexpected life events can stop us in our tracks. The shock can throw us off course, and we find ourselves not only at a loss but feeling Lost. These are critical times to be able to receive extra support.
This work is unique, it is designed to meet your needs. I blend traditional and narrative coaching approaches to offer techniques and tools that will serve your journey. Together we will design a safe space for you to explore your stories, express your emotions, understand your desires and determine new direction.
